Confidentiality

Everything shared with me stays with me. I treat every client's personal information, search criteria, and relationship history with complete discretion. I will never share your identity with a potential match without your consent, and I will never discuss the details of your engagement with anyone outside of it. The people I introduce you to are held to the same standard.

ELIGIBILITY

My services are for adults only. You must be at least 18 to work with me, and every client’s age is verified with a state-issued ID before any introduction takes place. You must be legally able to enter into a relationship, and seeking introductions in good faith for genuine relationship purposes.

Cancellation and Refunds

Engagements run for 12 months from the date of your first session (unless outlined otherwise in your signed Service Agreement, which you will receive, review, and sign before any engagement begins). Refund terms, including the milestone refund and your rights under the New York Dating Service Consumer Bill of Rights, are set out in full in your signed Service Agreement.

If you choose to end your engagement early, no partial refund will be issued outside of the terms above. Engagements are non-transferable.

What I Do and Don't Promise

I promise you my full attention, my best judgment, and introductions I genuinely believe in. I do not promise a specific number of introductions, a specific timeline, or a specific outcome. Matching is a human process, and I approach it as one. My assessment of fit is informed by everything I learn about you, and it is ultimately mine to make.

The Partnership tier comes with The Promise as described on the Process and Pricing page. The Circle tier does not include a guarantee.

Client Conduct

I ask that clients engage with this process in good faith. That means showing up to sessions honestly, giving real feedback after dates, and treating the people I introduce you to with respect. I have zero tolerance for harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior directed at me or at anyone I introduce you to. Any such conduct results in immediate termination of your engagement, permanent removal from my network, and forfeiture of all fees paid, with no exceptions. Depending on the nature of the conduct, I may also report it to law enforcement. If I feel that a client is not engaging in good faith more broadly, I reserve the right to end the engagement, and no refund will be issued.

A note on safety

I take the trust placed in me seriously. I will never knowingly facilitate an introduction that puts someone at risk, and I do not tolerate any use of my services to aid, abet, or encourage abuse, coercion, or exploitation of another person — including human trafficking or sexual exploitation in any form. If I ever have reason to believe a client’s conduct falls into this category, I will end the engagement immediately, without refund, and I will cooperate fully with law enforcement.

reporting a concern

If you are ever mistreated by someone I introduced you to — whether or not you are a current client — I want to hear from you directly. I will personally review every report, and I will act on it, including removing the individual from my network and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

Privacy
