I've spent my whole life in the business of people.

My career has been anything but linear, but there's a thread running through all of it: every role I've ever had has been about people. I started in education, both teaching and building partnerships at Teach For America. From there I went on to found Spotify's Collaborative Tech Learning function, where I helped thousands of employees grow, learn, and develop both professionally and personally.

What ties it all together is that I love connecting people. People to people, people to opportunities, opportunities to opportunities. Nothing brings me more joy than finding those mutually beneficial connections between people and the things that they care about. It's genuinely my favorite thing to do. I've also always been the kind of person with a sixth sense; I tend to understand people before they've fully explained themselves, and I can usually sense when two people are going to click, whether that's romantically, professionally, or as friends.

So matchmaking isn't a departure for me—it's the purest version of what I've always done. Whether connecting people to their future spouse, business partner, or new lifelong friends, I make thoughtful first introductions. And there's no connection more meaningful to help create than the one between two people building a life together. I bring both my intuition and everything I've learned about love to the work of helping others find their person.

And I'll admit it: I love love.
